Please be advised Lunch orders will NOT be available for Senior Sports Day this Thursday (at Cobblebank).

If you have ordered your child a lunch order already for Thursday, we will hold these until the following week.

Feel free to reach out via our fb messenger if you would like to organise anything different.

We apologise for the late notice, as we only found out today about sports day this Thursday.

We appreciate in advance your understanding around this.

Welcome back to all our Cafe GreyBox families.
It’s hard to believe we are already in week 3.

We have extended our Sushi cut off time tonight until 9pm. As we missed opening the sushi option on Qkr! earlier. Sincere apologies for this.

From next week, the cut off time will go back to 6pm on Tuesday nights.
Please note that sushi is a pre order option via Qkr! Only. We will not accept hand written bags in tubs for sushi on Wednesday mornings due to having to pre order from Foodworks Bacchus Marsh the day before and sushi must be consumed the day it is made.

We would like to welcome all new families and staff to EPS.
Please reach out with any queries we can assist with.

We would also like to highlight that any frozen items, smoothies and hot chocolates need to be collected from the canteen after eating time for lunch has ceased. Your child’s bag will have a ‘collect from canteen’ stamp (with black ink) on their bag. The students must bring their bags up to the canteen to swap for their collect item. We have found the his to be the most effective way.

We hope this helps with settling back into school routine.

For those families who have placed an order for their child who is attending the 3/4 excursion today, Dee will hold these orders over until next week:
Any hotdogs ordered will be honoured next Thursday. If you would prefer your child’s order is honoured on a different day (if they have an order for anything other than a hotdog) please reach out to us via messenger for Cafe GreyBox.

Cafe Grey Box WILL be tomorrow, Thursday 6th June. For Lunch only.
We have reduced the menu to be able to still accommodate.
We understand this may impact some children’s preferences for their orders and we sincerely apologise for this.
We want to send our gratitude to you all for the lovely understanding messages we have received.

Unfortunately we will be closed again tomorrow, Wednesday 5th June.
But be assured, we are doing all we can to make sure we are open Thursday. Possibly with a slightly reduced menu, but most things still available.

We really appreciate your understanding this week. Our team’s health must come first and it’s disappointing it’s hit multiple of our team and their families all at once.

We wish to advise that Cafe Grey Box will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 4th June due to having multiple staff out sick (or out child multiple sick children).

We apologise for this inconvenience and hope to have everyone back on board for Wednesday.

Just a reminder that Cafe Grey Box is closed tomorrow- Wednesday 6th September.
This is due to it originally being a (now cancelled) pupilfree day and also being short staffed.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Just a reminder…

Unfortunately Cafe GreyBox is closed today due to excessive staff shortages. A message went out to families via compass yesterday.
We will be back open again tomorrow.
I completely understand the inconvenience this causes. We are sincerely sorry about this!

We are OPEN tomorrow, Thursday 10th August. YAY!!

For those who have placed orders for Tuesday or Wednesday this week while we were closed, I will honour these tomorrow unless otherwise organised via messenger today prior to 10pm.

We thank you for your understanding this week as we had multiple sick children & staff. At this stage, everyone is looking well.
