It's been a huge week for the team! I'm looking forward to a relaxing night at Forcett Lakes.
Ps, Ella has the mulled wine sorted.
Chef Anthony and Chef Jack are cooking the goods.

As a farmer, I always look forward to today, 21 June,the shortest day of the year is now behind us, a little more day light each day now, After a dry summer and a good Easterly rain, the grass has been growing like early spring; I haven't started feeding out silage yet. In turn, this has given me more time to be at the restaurant, and it's been nice catching up with people I haven't seen for a while. The golf course growth has slowed down because it's cut short, limiting photosynthesis, but it will continue to improve by the day now. What a glorious day today was.
Thank you to all that made the time to support us at Forcett Lakes over the weekend.
