Restaurant Supervisor Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Good Paddock & Cubby Kiosk, set on 11 Acre Farm in Forrestdale.

This is a unique hospitality role in a working farm setting where food is seasonal and much of what we serve is grown on site.

We need someone with strong coffee, bar and restaurant experience who can confidently lead service think on their feet and stay calm in a busy environment.

The role includes
Leading shifts across restaurant bar and cafe service
Daytime hours mainly with occasional evening event shifts
Wednesday to Sunday availability required

We are looking for someone who
Has strong all round hospitality experience
Can take ownership of service
Is reliable calm and confident under pressure
Is looking for a long term role in a unique venue

Above award wage negotiable depending on experience

A little heads up for this weekend 🌧️

With the wet weather rolling in, our restaurant seating will be a little more limited than usual as we move guests into our warm undercover spaces. If you’re planning on joining us this weekend, we highly recommend making a booking to avoid missing out.

We’ll have the heaters on, rugs out, hot coffees pouring, and will be serving up Forrestdale's best and only farm to table food all weekend.

With the weather turning it on this weekend ☀️ and the restaurant fully booked, it’s shaping up to be a busy one.

Our team, ovens, and carpark will all be operating at full capacity, so unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate walk-ins for our dine in service across the weekend.

No bookings required for takeaway at the kiosk, however there may be slightly longer wait times during peak periods while the team work hard to keep everything moving.

Thank you so much for the continued support and patience. We’re looking forward to great weekend hosting those who have booked with us and celebrating all the amazing mums booked in on Sunday ❤️

Mother’s Day at The Good Paddock is now fully booked!

We’re so grateful for the incredible response. It really means a lot to see so many of you choosing to spend the day with us.

We do have a waiting list, which is currently sitting at 25 groups. We’ll always try our best to accommodate if anything opens up, but we do recommend having a backup plan just in case.

Just a gentle note that we won’t be taking any walk-ins on the day. Thank you again for your support and understanding. We can’t wait to host those joining us.

Mother’s Day is almost here and we are down to our final handful of bookings 🌸

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time to secure your table before we are fully booked.

Please note, due to the high volume of bookings, our restaurant will not be accepting walk-ins on Mother’s Day.

Cubby Kiosk will be open and serving takeaway as usual, so you’re still very welcome to come down, grab a coffee or bite to eat, and enjoy the farmgrounds at your own pace.

We can’t wait to celebrate all the incredible mums with you 💛
