Restaurant & Cafe Supervisor Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant & Cafe Supervisor to join our team at The Good Paddock & Cubby Kiosk, set on 11 Acre Farm in Forrestdale.

This is a unique hospitality role in a working farm setting where food is seasonal and much of what we serve is grown on site.

We need someone with strong coffee, bar and restaurant experience who can confidently lead service think on their feet and stay calm in a busy environment.

The role includes
Leading shifts across restaurant bar and cafe service
Daytime hours mainly with occasional evening event shifts
Wednesday to Sunday availability required

We are looking for someone who
Has strong all round hospitality experience
Can take ownership of service
Is reliable calm and confident under pressure
Is looking for a long term role in a unique venue

Above award wage negotiable depending on experience

Cubby Kiosk is open for food & drinks takeaway, from 8am - 2pm.
We’re running some super special ANZAC day specials ❤️
Try Jeri’s coconut ANZAC biscuit, or juice slow cooked brisket, your choice of three ways.
The animal experience will be open for the day. Come down and say hi 😊

ANZAC Day at the Farm
Saturday 25th April

We’ll be taking a quieter approach this ANZAC Day.
The Good Paddock kitchen will be closed, but Cubby Kiosk will be open from 8am - 2pm for takeaway coffees, bites and treats. You can still swing by for your favourites including our sausage rolls, egg & halloumi rolls, plus Mary Street donuts and croissants.
Fendi will be baking a huge batch of ANZAC biscuits, and will be running an Aussie classic special on the day. You can still grab a table or roll out a picnic blanket in the farm grounds and soak in nature.

Please note we will not be offering any dine in service for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and a public holiday surcharge of 15% applies.
We look forward to seeing you!

If you’re planning a visit over the Easter long weekend, here’s what’s happening around the farm.

Good Friday
Cubby Kiosk, The Farm, The Good Paddock will be closed.

Easter Saturday
A full day on the farm.
Cubby Kiosk, the Farm, and The Good Paddock open as usual.

Easter Sunday
Cubby Kiosk and the Farm will be open for a relaxed Easter morning visit from 8am – 11am with coffee, pastries and sausage rolls.
The Good Paddock will be closed for breakfast as we prepare for our Easter Long Lunch. Tickets and details via the link in bio.

Easter Monday
Closed as usual.
