Better late than never! Fresh from Santa’s Sack, this holiday blend doesn’t taste like most other companies Xmas Blends. They typically claim all things Christmas; you know the drill, butterscotch, cinnamon, Christmas cake, blah blah blah.
We’ll save you the bore of reading some stereotypical Christmas notes. This year we’ve combined to excellent Ethiopian coffees for a super fruity coffee that’s truly high quality.
Yaye Special Prep Natural from Testi Coffee is one of the best “Exotic” coffees from our lineup this year. It’s been so good that, when we saw that it was still in stock at Café Imports (the importer) we jumped at the excuse to buy more of the lot.
Mengeche Derso is a single producer lot from Halo Beriti in Yirgacheffe. We tasted dozens of lots to try and find a coffee that’d pair well with the Yaye and decided that we we’re going to double down on vibrant fruity coffee for this years blend.
