Date night just got a delicious upgrade.
Tonight at , I fell in love with their 12-hour sous vide octopus, finished on the grill to order. The texture is absolutely perfect — beautifully charred on the outside, impossibly tender inside, with that lovely smoky kiss from the grill.
Paired with a bright apple & pomelo salad — crisp green apple, juicy pomelo segments, delicate microgreens, and paper-thin radish — and finished with their signature Szechuan green chilli dressing. That dressing is everything: a beautiful balance of bright, citrusy, spicy, and subtly numbing that elevates every bite.
It’s elegant, flavour-packed, and surprisingly light — exactly the kind of dish I crave on a special evening. Paired with a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc or@Pinot Grigio? Absolute perfection.
