Big news from us here in Little Malop Street.
As shared in my original post, Piano Bar is moving into a pop-up and takeover model, which means the spirit of Piano Bar will continue in new venues, new spaces and new ways.
After nearly eleven years in our Little Malop Street home, I’m really proud to announce the next chapter for the venue.
Introducing H***ycat Saloon, a brand-new country-style bar we are launching in the heart of Geelong in conjunction with Casey and Eliza: the legends at Wild Fire Craft BBQ
Think country music on the screens, line dancing lessons, pool tables, cold drinks, wood fire, and a relaxed saloon-style fitout and an incredible Texas BBQ-inspired menu from Wildfire.
Piano Bar has been such a huge part of my life, and I’ve loved what we’ve built in this room. But after so many years of being so personally involved in working, performing and carrying the venue day to day, I also need a bit of space for my next big adventure.
H***y Cat Saloon gives us the chance to create something fresh, fun and welcoming, while still keeping the room full of music, food, drinks and good people.
If you love country music and AMAZING BBQ food H***y Cat Saloon is the place for you.
We’ll share more details soon, including opening dates, menus, trading hours and line dancing sessions.
