For one week only, we’re bringing back two of our most celebrated creations in collaboration with The Truffle Barn.

Crafted using locally grown black truffles and developed by our award-winning pastry chefs, these are the donuts that proved truffle belongs in pastry.

🍯 Honey Truffle Cheesecake – Australia’s Best Donut 2025, filled with honey cheesecake infused with fresh truffle, finished with a golden glaze, vanilla bean buttercream and freeze-dried Manuka honey.

🧀 Truffle Mac & Cheese – 2nd Place in the National Donut Competition’s Savoury Category 2026, filled with rich béchamel mac & cheese and topped with melted cheese, golden salt and fresh shaved truffle.

Available until this Sunday only.

Truffle week officially starts today.

For one week only, we’re bringing back two of our most talked-about creations, made with fresh local truffles from The Truffle Barn.

🧀 Truffle Mac & Cheese – a fluffy brioche donut filled with rich béchamel mac & cheese, topped with melted cheese, golden salt and fresh shaved truffle.

🍯 Honey Truffle Cheesecake – a delicate brioche donut filled with honey cheesecake infused with fresh truffle, finished with a golden glaze, vanilla bean buttercream and freeze-dried Manuka honey.

Available from today until 26 July only. Once truffle season is over, so are these 🍩🍄

From the dough to the custards, curds, jams, glazes and toppings, our pastry chefs start early so every donut is made fresh, not pulled from a freezer.

Those monthly flavours? They’re not random.

Our chefs are constantly creating new combinations inspired by what’s in season, special collaborations and customer requests, so there’s always something new to discover.

House-churned gelato, specialty coffee, hot cinnamon donuts and award-winning savoury creations all live under one roof. Yes… you can absolutely have a Beef Nachos donut followed by gelato.

The name is inspired by the original Donut Dollies—Red Cross volunteers who served donuts, coffee and a little comfort to troops. That same idea of bringing people together is what Dolly’s is all about today.

What started in Glenbrook has grown. We opened our second Dolly’s store in Bowral in 2025, bringing our donuts, gelato and coffee to the Southern Highlands.

Two stores. Same fresh donuts. Same early mornings. Same obsession with quality.
