We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic barista to join our team at Coffee Sisters, a busy café located in beautiful Broadbeach Waters.

Position: Casual Barista
Hours: Approx. 25 hours per week (rotating roster)
Location: 110 Monaco Street, Broadbeach Waters QLD

About the Role:

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting both front and back-of-house tasks. Duties include:
• Making and serving quality coffee
• Preparing juices, smoothies, and other beverages
• Running meals and clearing tables
• Dishwashing and general cleaning
• Assisting with overall café operations

What We’re Looking For:
• Australian citizenship (required)
• Ability to work a rotated roster, including weekends
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Neat appearance and professional attitude
• A friendly, positive personality
• A genuine appreciation for good coffee
• Experience in a busy café setting is highly desirable
