It’s with sadness that we announce that Googong’s little takeaway shop. “Aqualounge” will be closing its doors for the final time at COB Friday.
At the very latest Saturday lunch time as we will stay open until we run out of coffee beans.

I would like to thanks firstly all our customers in Googong and those working in our town. For your support and the many conversations we have had.
For your kindness and laughs.

To the seniors group, every Friday you came in. Starting with just one or two and expanded to the dozens. It was a pleasure getting to know you and providing you a venue to meet up.

To my staff. My wonderful staff. What a journey.
Through tough times.
You all rose up the the challenges thrown at us and continued to deliver to our customers. You all, as well as me are locals of this town. I have gotten to know you all more than just someone who turns up for work each shift. Be proud of the product you helped me create.
I’m already missing you here.

To our supplies. Again we couldn’t have done this without you. Too see big companies such as Coca Cola and Bidfood get behind us.
FishCo to help us with our fresh fish supplies which everyone loved.
And all our trades that came to help when we broke down.
Little big dairy company for your wonderful milk supplies.
And Seven Miles coffee roasters. From the beginning we fine tuned our coffee. Got the blend right with our milk. And provided service whenever we needed it.

Our plan now is to run our coffee supply down over the next few days.
There are super savings on our drinks fridge starting today to clear stock.
Kitchen is still open with most items.

Next week we will dismount all our equipment and move it offsite.
Look out for sales on all our stuff including tables. Chairs. Cups. Teapots.

Again it’s a sad time for all of us and Googong to once again have its take away shop close.

But come down for a chat and a cuppa over the next few days.
And I’m sure I’ll see you all around the area as it looks like I just got a lot more time on my hands.

Quick update.
The shop will be open Tmw Sunday 2nd Jan in the morning until around 1pm.

We will be closed this Monday and Tuesday.

Saturday 25th. Closed
Sunday 26th Closed
Monday 27th Closed
Tuesday 28th 8am. - 2pm
Wednesday onwards normal trading.

Kitchen open as normal on public holidays.
