Jay from Bistro Cocotte.
After 10 years of cooking, serving, and sharing beautiful nights with you at Bistro Cocotte, I needed a new inspiration.
So I followed one of my dreams.
This time, I’m not creating French food.
This time… I’m creating beer.
My own Korean soju flavoured beer, brewed with my friends at Yulli’s Brews.
Same Jay.
Same obsession with flavour.
Just a new recipe in a can.
And once again, I can proudly say —
I guarantee the flavour.
