German apple fudge cake, layered with sticky salted caramel, poached spiced apples and vanilla bean butter cream.
Finished off with local natives and a gold 40.

It's been a while.
Over and over again I speak with people in creative industries that find it a battle with flat out plagiarism. Where is the line?
Art works, recipes, presentation, ECT. It's a time, love , patience,practice and failure that goes into anything that you do yourself from scratch.
People that rip off your ideas don't have to work at it. It's so incredibly hard. When you see products that look like mine.....please ask if I am making them. ❤️
