A breakfast worth slowing down for. Free-range eggs, Istra bacon & chipolata sausages, roast thyme mushrooms (swapped out for house-made beans here) and relish, wilted spinach, roasted tomato and buttered sourdough - everything you need to start a winter’s day in Hepburn Springs.

We’re open every day throughout the school holidays, with the fire roaring, great coffee pouring, and plenty of cosy corners waiting.
