Christmas is less than four weeks away, so people need caffeine to get through the hecticness' of the period.

So we are getting ourselves ready for Christmas orders.

It is recommended that cold brew is drunk within two weeks of being made, as there are no preservatives added. It is literally coffee and water.

We brew once a week, so if you want some send us a message.

What is cold brew, and how does it differ from hot coffee?

Heat tends to bring out the acidity of the coffee, so cold brew is sweeter. Any antioxidants that remain after the coffee bean is roasted remain with cold brewing.

Cold brew, if stored in the fridge correctly tends to last about two weeks and is therefore convenient.

It is versatile, you can drink it neat, with milk, in cocktails, with ice cream (or in ice cream if you make your own), and even baking.

Hi All

In 2023, we a looking at getting this little side business up and running.

We will produce small orders of cold brew coffee made within 48 hours of ordering.

Bottle sizes will be 200-300ml (7-10 shots of espresso) and 30ml (1 shot)

Why 48 hours.

Brew time of cold coffee is 22 - 24 hours, then we need to bottle and deliver.
