Hokey Pokey — heard of it? 🍯
A Kiwi classic born somewhere between the 1940s and 50s. But here's the fun part — back in 1896, a New Zealand confectioner had already filed a patent for a toffee recipe called "Hokey Pokey". The name existed long before the ice cream did. 👀
So… what does "Hokey Pokey" actually mean?
