We’re back from our week away and can’t wait to see you all again.

Kicking off on Thursday at tas networks Cambridge from 1130 to 130, serving up all your favourite burgers.

Friday we will be back at petrusma Lindisfarne from 5pm to 7pm for platters, plates and fried chicken.

Shanks shaturday down at mandjsbutcheronclarence from noon till sold out, smoked lamb shanks with creamy mash and a homemade garlic and rosemary glaze, will also have fried chicken.

Also just a heads up and I hate doing this, but due to increased prices on pretty much everything, I need to increase the price of my platters and plates, the burgers will remain the same atm .

This Thursday you can find us at Tas Networks in Cambridge (just drive into car park) from 1130 to 130, special this week is our popular brisket burger.

Friday we will be down at PW1 for the big sing for festivalofvoicestasmania we will be ready at 5pm, serving up all your favourite burgers and rolls along with homemade hillbilly chilli and mash.

Saturday we will be back down at cambridgebrewhouse from 430 to 7pm serving up platters and plates along with fried chicken.

Get your fix this week as we won’t be out next week as I’m taking a little break.

We will be back at our usual Thursday lunch spot tas networks, kicking off at 1130 to 130, we will have a delicious pork belly special this week.

Friday we are heading back to Lindisfarne at petrusma property from 5pm to 7pm, we will have all your platters and plates.
In the coming weeks we will be doing large platters similar to this one, will feed a large family.

Saturday from midday I’ll be set up at mandjsbutcheronclarence with rolls and burgers and a cheeky little special, involves mash potato.

Sorry everyone there will be no lunch service at Tas Networks this week due to works getting done in the car park, WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK WITH A CRACKING SPECIAL.

Friday night you can find us back out at Cremorne Bowls Club from 5pm to 7pm serving up the much loved platters and plates along with fried chicken.

Sunday we will be back at farmgatemarket from 8am to 1pm for all your favourite breakfast burgers and Philly cheesesteaks.
