This rare clip from the early 60s shows Bertie Tucceri serving at Don Camillo at what is still our Table 8 today. Back when ci******es on the table were normal and hospitality was a different world, yet this little corner of the restaurant has stayed almost exactly the same. A nice reminder of our heritage, our resilience, and how far a small family restaurant can go with heart and community.
As New Year’s Eve approaches — the day Don Camillo first opened its doors 60 years ago — we’re feeling especially grateful for everyone who has supported this little family restaurant. Thank you for being part of our story. Wishing you a warm and happy Christmas and a beautiful start to the new year as we step into another decade of serving our community.
