ALØFT x EVETT 🫱🏼🫲🏽
Last weekend we had the privilege of hosting Hobart-born and Michelin-awarded chef Joseph Lidgerwood for a fun and long-awaited collaboration celebrating Tasmania and South Korea (Joseph’s adopted home where he opened fine dining restaurant Evett).
We were absolutely thrilled and flattered to see people queuing out the door to support the pop-up, and so eager to dig into our three item menu: Joseph’s fried chicken, mul kimchi and Tasmania’s most prized sparkling wine .
We had such a great time and we’re hoping there’s more exciting things to come from it!
