Good morning everyone!
We apologise for the lack of updates recently, however we will be closed this week due an unfortunate passing in the family.

Those of you who have been fortunate enough to have met Lina, my mother, will remember her as kind, caring, loving and always happy to serve our customers!
Due to several complications and almost a month in the ICU, Mum ended up passing away last night.

With all things considered, mum was made as comfortable as possible and when the time arrived it was a peaceful release.

We would like to thank everyone who was able to meet her as they all made an impression on her and she would constantly ask me for updates on how everyone was doing as she was no longer able to attend at the shop.

Also many apologies to everyone for the suddenness of this news, and we hope that we can get back into the swing of things soon.

Hi everyone the festive season is upon us we would love to take this opportunity to give appreciation for all of the support we have received especially through this tough and trying year.
Also we'd like to add that we will be open for pizza's tonight Wednesday 23rd and tomorrow night Thursday 24th, but we will be taking a break for 2 weeks. That means we will be away and not able to make pizza's from Christmas day til Friday the 8th January!!
Again all the best to everyone and we wish you all a safe and enjoyable Christmas.

Hi everyone apologies for the bad news but due to family sickness we are not able to open to trade tonight. We will however be open on Friday night at 5pm for pizzas, so we hope to see you all then!!

Hi all,
201 Wood Fired will be closed tonight due to a minor accident, we will however be open for trade Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August at our normal hours. I apologise for the sudden notice and inconvenience this may cause but would like to take this opportunity to give appreciation to all of our customers for all of your continuing support. Hoping to see you all soon!!

Hi all we apologise for the late notice however our updated trading days will no be the following:

Monday-Wednesday CLOSED
Thursday-Sunday OPEN 5PM-9PM

Hi all just an update post for all of our customers. With everything that is going on healthwise, closures and limitations being enforced, we will be looking into a slight cut down in our trading days. At the moment we will still trade as normal but unfortunately we will only be able to serve takeaways as the dine in option has been cancelled. We do apologise for this upset and as always we will strive to do the best we can for the community that has supported us for the last 12 year's we have been operating in the Huon Valley.

We hope everyone stays safe during these uncertain times and our best wishes are with you all.

Updates on our trading days and hours will follow.
