An exclusive evening celebrating the wines of Viberti, one of Piedmont's most respected producers. On Thursday 11th June, enjoy a 4-course dining experience designed designed to pair seamlessly with a selection of Viberti wines, from elegant Nebbiolo to the depth and structure of Barolo.

Hosted by winemaker Claudio Viberti, this is a rare opportunity to meet the maker and gain insight into the wines being poured throughout the night.

Each dish has been crafted to reflect the richness of the region, with premium ingredients and classic Italian influence throughout.

We are pleased to welcome Fabbris Smallgoods as a supporting partner, with their artisan cured meats featured across the menu, showcasing traditional techniques and exceptional quality. The evening will also include a live prosciutto presentation, offering guests a closer look into the craftsmanship and tradition behind the product.
