Jolly Fryer

We endeavour to bring our customers the best products, service and are always innovative and adding to our menu.

Our objective is to be Kalamunda's best Fish, Chip destination, while providing our customers with the best food, service and a menu that is always being expanded. We will always endeavour to have the most extensive rang of fish available in the hills.. We use Cotton Seed oil to cook our Fish and Beer Battered or Sweet Potato Chips.

IT’S DESSERT TIME AT THE JOLLY FRYER.
The Jolly Fryer has had Apple Pies for some time now. We have just added some extra delicious desserts to our display fridge.
From all reports from our staff, they are going to be a winner.
They will be all made in-house and made with the best and freshest ingredients we can lay our hands on.
In the fridge now in generous sized containers are a Biscoff Cheesecake cups and Chocolate Tirimisu. These cups are 350ml, big enough for two people or one hungry teenager. Only $9.00 each.
We will change the selection every week.

In the fridge now in generous sized containers are a Biscoff Cheesecake cups and Oreo Cheesecake cups.. These cups are 350ml, big enough for two people or one hungry teenager. Only $9.00 each.

THE JOLLY FRYER IS OPEN EVERY MONDAY NIGHT
From 5.00pm to 8.00pm the Jolly Fryer is cooking up all its goodies.
Why not have some delicious Fish and Chips or chicken strips or Panko crumbed deep fried olives.
Our special for Monday is Hoki and either hand cut fresh chips or beer battered chips for only $12.00
All our chips are cooked in beef tallow, but if you request they can be cooked in Cotton Seed Oil.

SALT N PEPPER SQUID RINGS
To give you premium fish and chips in the Hills, the Jolly Fryer makes in-house a lot of the products they serve. We could buy them in, but we want to give you the freshest and best available.
We buy large squid tubes; hand cut them and then coat them in our special salt and two pepper mix (crushed black peppercorns and Szechuan peppers for a little extra heat). They are then coat in Panko crumbs, not batter. This way you get very large squid rings, but more importantly the coating has not been frozen. This gives you a light but crunchy Panko coating over a succulent soft squid ring plus a bite of salt, pepper and a hint of heat.

MORE CHEESY GOODNES FROM THE JOLLY FRYER.
This time it’s Feta. Bite size small squares of Danish Feta, panko crumbed and deep fried in our cotton seed oil. Salty heaven. Best of all you get 6 bite size pieces for only (in store orders) $3.00.

ITS NOT ALL ABOUT FISH AT THE JOLLY FRYER.
The Jolly Fryer have a very extensive and diverse menu, that includes many chicken dishes.
JOLLY WINGS – 72 hour brined chicken wings dusted in a special mix of mild spices and deep fried. Served with a range of sauces. 5 Wings for only $8,00 or 3 wings and chips for $8.00
CHICKEN PARMA - Breast fillet, brined for 24 hours, crumbed in Japanese Panko, deep fried till it’s golden and crunchy. Then covered in a mild spicy tomato sauce, topped with a three-cheese mix before being grilled. Served with chips its only $14.50
CHICKEN STRIPS -3 breast fillet strips, coated in panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic and a hint of chilli. Only $7.50.
