A special milestone for our distillery today, we’ve received our very first delivery of locally grown juniper berries from Tasmanian Junipers in Ouse.

This inaugural harvest will soon make its way into upcoming gin distillations, bringing a true sense of place and Tasmanian character to every bottle. As future harvest volumes continue to grow, these locally cultivated berries will play an increasingly important role in shaping the signature flavour profile of our gin.

From paddock to still, we’re proud to continue supporting local growers and showcasing the remarkable quality of Tasmanian produce in every drop.

Recently, our team headed off on a Midlands Distillery Tour to visit our neighbours Clyde Mill Lawrenny Distilling Lark Distillery Callington Mill Distillery and learn more about the unique experiences and spirit offerings each distillery provides. 🥃

It was a fantastic educational day for everyone involved and a wonderful opportunity to strengthen connections within our Midlands community.

By learning more about what makes each distillery special, we can better recommend experiences for our guests based on the styles and flavours they’re looking to explore next.

We’re proud to be part of such a passionate and collaborative local spirits industry here in the Midlands! ✨

It’s day two of the Hong Kong Whisky Festival. A very busy show with 70 producers and lots of masterclasses.

It’s been very rewarding presenting our Tasmanian whisky to the whisky lovers of Hong Kong. For many it’s the first time they are tasting Australian whisky.

Today we raise a dram to the spirit that brings people together 🥃

From smoky and bold to rich and smooth, whisky is more than what’s in the glass — it’s the stories shared, the barrels patiently waiting, the friendships formed, and the moments worth slowing down for.

This International Whisky Day, we’d love to know:What was the whisky that started your journey?

Share your first dram, favourite bottle, or a whisky memory in the comments below. 👇🏻
