Charlie Brings The Fire π₯ To Mister Bianco
A One-Night Celebration of Fire, Wine and Regional Hospitality - Tuesday 23rd June
This winter, Mister Bianco invites guests to gather around the warmth of fire, food and shared hospitality for an intimate one-night dining experience: Charlie Brings the Fire to Mister Bianco.
Taking place on Tuesday 23 June, the special event will see chef Charlie Carrington join chef/owner Joe Vargetto in the kitchen to showcase a menu inspired by wood fire, smoke, Sicilian flavours and the cool-season produce of the Yarra Valley.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu including kingfish crudo, grilled octopus, smoked beef cheek, grilled Wagyu and wood oven roasted pears. Yarra Valley Dairy will also feature throughout the menu, celebrating exceptional local cheese and regional craftsmanship.
The evening will also feature a creative collaboration with Philippa from Art to Art, curating artwork for guests to enjoy that will bring together food, wine, fire and art in an immersive experience.
Each guest will also receive a take-home gift bag featuring a limoncello spritz to enjoy at home.
