Fortieth birthday cake with coffee flavoured buttercream with layers of chocolate mud cake and covered in black buttercream. The chocolates and biscuits on top were painted with edible black paint. The drip was painted in edible gold.
I warned my client that they should take photos before eating the cake as everyone would have black teeth and tongues!!

Ryan ordered a replica of his partner's pride and joy, their yellow Monaro. He sent me lots of photos for reference and I downloaded some blueprints too. I used a couple of balloon lights as working headlights. My favourite angle is the back of the cake.
This one took about 11.5 hours to make!
Ryan was so happy when he saw the cake, he just kept saying 'wow' and gave me a hug. 🤗

They were banana fudge macadamia cupcakes with Maltesers, macadamias and white chocolate on top.
