Seven courses, seven matched wines, and a rare opportunity to taste from one of Australia’s most celebrated cellars.

Head Chef Oscar Holgado has designed a menu around the best of the region and the season, each dish crafted to sit alongside Mac’s terroir-driven wines. It’s an evening of food, wine and honest conversation with the people who dedicate their lives to it.

There’s no clock on the table, no quick turnover between courses, and no feeling that the night needs to end before you’re ready. Just thoughtful food, good wine and the space to properly settle in for the evening.
