We are still buzzing from an incredible few days at the Australian Pizza Championships at ICC Sydney 🔥

Representing Giulia Italian in both the Classic and Creative categories was such a proud moment for our team. Standing side by side with some of the most talented pizza makers in the country was an absolute blast and a huge inspiration.

Events like this always remind us why we love this craft so much. It is never just about winning a trophy because the real joy comes from pushing our boundaries and sharing ideas with an incredible community.

A massive thank you to the organizers and a huge congratulations to all the amazing competitors. We are heading back to our kitchen inspired and ready to bake something special for you.

What an incredible experience competing at the National Pizza Championships at the ICC Sydney 🍕🇮🇹

This year we proudly competed in both the Classic and Creative categories alongside some of the most talented and passionate pizza makers in the country. The level of skill, creativity and dedication on display was truly inspiring.

Days like this are a reminder of why we love this craft so much. It’s not always about winning — it’s about pushing ourselves, learning, sharing ideas and being part of such an amazing pizza community.

A huge congratulations to all the competitors and organisers for an unforgettable event. We’re leaving inspired, motivated and already excited for the next one.

Three plates. Three love letters to pasta.

🍝 Cannelloni - pasta tubes stuffed with spinach and ricotta cream, baked in Napoli sauce and finished with melted mozzarella. Soft, golden and straight out of the oven.
🌶️ Pennoni Amatriciana - slow cooked ragu with guanciale, pancetta, Napoli, chilli and Pecorino Romano DOP. The way Rome does it best.
🐟 Spaghetti alla Puttanesca - cherry tomatoes, confit garlic, black olives, capers and anchovies. Punchy, salty and packed with personality.
