Wanting to try something different but aren't too sure where to start?
Well we can help you there! When ordering a milky coffee, you have the choice between our regular house blend, Single O's Collider, and a guest blend.

We also now have two options to choose from with our batch brew 🤙

This is a great way for you to try the different coffees that we stock on our retail shelves, and become more familiar with other fab Aussie coffee Roasters💙

☕️ Coffee announcement. Don't panic.

Colliers ( our usual house blend) isn't going anywhere.

But we thought it'd be fun to give you a few more coffee options.

From tomorrow, we'll be pouring a second milk blend alongside Colliers for those feeling a little adventurous.

This week options are;
-> Solera blend from Barrel One Coffee Roasters
-> Stereo blend from Catapult

We'll also be rotating guest blends from roasters around Australia, so you can try coffees from Melbourne, Brisbane, Syndey and beyond without booking a flight.

You might find a new favourite.

You might try them all and still come back to Colliers.

Either way, that's the fun part.

Coffee should never be boring ☕️ let's celebrate it.

One thing I realised is lots of people think “washed coffee” means the beans were dirty before 😭

It actually refers to how the coffee cherry gets processed after harvest.

Coffee gets VERY deep once you start going down the rabbit hole…
