For the last 12 months, we have used King River as our beef supplier. Being a locally owned family business, they are now supplying to Tender Cut Meats. So now the public has a chance to purchase some good quality export grade Wagyu at cheaper price. Check out this rib fillet and rump! They also do a Wagyu Crumb steak you can buy in store. This is export grade Wagyu meat that we don’t usually get to see - and now its right at your door step. Local supporting local, keeping it fresh from paddock to plate. Both are 0 to 3 . marbling doesn’t show up as well in rump . But tenderness does.

Unfortunately we have had to cancel our cook at Autobarn Mackay Mount Pleasant tonight (FRI 29 MAY) due to unforeseen truck repairs.
