Hello everyone,
How are you all? It’s definitely been a while and we have so much to catch up on!

After getting sick at the beginning of last year my body has never ‘well’ or ‘healthy’ like it once was. After a year and a half of endless pains and a few trips to the hospital my body is finally telling me it’s time to rest. We have recently bought our dream property that just happens to have a lot of opportunity for a business that I am so excited about so stay tuned 🏡

As many of you would know by now today is sadly my last day with my first business (that’s I’m so proud of) Sol Coffee Co. I have passed it on to the gorgeous Tracy from and June from - they have some pretty special ideas for this little space that funnily enough won’t serve coffee for now but instead they have come in with fresh eyes and will be focusing on serving cakes, teas and other healthy yummy treats.

As 2021 comes to an end I just wanted to thank all of you for your support this year - it’s been a tough year and I appreciate each and every one of you that have supported me through the wild crazy times! Here’s to 2022 being the best year yet!

Happy 1st of December everyone! Mum and I have been hard at work today creating this beauty - I can say that I won’t be needing to workout my arms for a while.

Just a heads up, Sol Coffee will be open every Saturday leading up to Christmas and don’t forget our Sip & Shop tomorrow night from 5-7 ✨

My opening hours over the Christmas period are: Christmas Eve 9am - 12pm and then I will be closed until January 5th!
