With heavy hearts, we announce the final chapter for Luz Restaurant at 61 Cameron Street. After years of creating memorable dining experiences with the finest Tasmanian flavours, our doors will close permanently this Saturday, 9th May.

To our beloved community—thank you for allowing us to be part of your celebrations, gatherings, and quiet moments. Your support has meant everything to us. We invite you to join us for one final evening of culinary artistry and connection.

Come savour our signature dishes one last time and share in the memories we’ve created together. We’re deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve you with passion and locally-sourced ingredients.
