Farewell Announcement
After more than three decades of serving the wonderful community of Launceston City, it is with heavy hearts that we announce the closure of Novaro’s Restaurant. Our last night of service will be Saturday the 27th Of April. We will continue to trade as normal up until then.
In these challenging times for the hospitality industry, we’ve made the difficult decision to bid adieu to Novaro’s. However, it’s not all sadness; we’re embracing new beginnings and exciting opportunities! Each member of our dedicated team has embarked on their own unique projects, pursuing passions and dreams beyond the restaurant world.
As owners, we’ve realised the importance of prioritising precious, uninterrupted time with our loved ones. Family is at the core of everything we do, and it’s time for us to cherish these moments together.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support over the years. Your smiles, stories, and shared moments have filled Novaro’s with warmth and joy, making it truly special.
Though this chapter may be closing, the memories we’ve created together will forever live on. Thank you for being part of our journey. 🙏
