Lunch deserves a little ceremony.
A proper table. A warm room. Handmade pasta. Tasmanian produce. Good wine, if the day allows, and some days are very persuasive.
At Stelo, lunch is not dinner’s understudy. It has its own rhythm.
It can be quick, elegant and back-to-work responsible.
It can be long, loose and “let’s not rush the tiramisu.”
It can be a client lunch, a birthday lunch, a Friday lunch, or simply the very civilised act of leaving the office to eat something made with care.
We cook with Tasmanian produce through an Italian lens, in dining rooms that have been part of Launceston’s story for nearly 70 years.
So here is our invitation:
Make lunch a little more generous again.
See you at Stelo. Bookings encouraged.
