Good morning everyone!

A little update from us, we have an official closing date. ( 27/02/2025) will be our very last day of trade. The last 3 years for me have been crazy/ amazing! We truly appreciate everyone who’s supported us, helped with advice. We are going to miss each and every little chat. This decision wasn’t an easy one to make, however it’s what’s best for now.

About this space, currently being used as a small roastery/cafe. Would suit someone in the hospitality industry. Great neighbours, Busy little hub. Rent/outgoing are very good for the area. No parking. Current lease till November 2027 with the potential to renew. Plenty of storage. This is a deeply regrettable post. As most of you are aware, we've been in the trenches with suppliers. As a result, we have decided to unfortunately close up business, with no set date as of yet. However, we are looking for someone to hopefully take over our lease, now through to November 2027. We will be taking all the equipment, unless someone is interested in purchasing the equipment, a negotiation could be made. This little space has done us well the last few years. It has so much potential and growth, I am sad to be saying goodbye, but I look forward to the future of this little shop. We appreciate everyone who’s helped us , supported us and been encouraging us! This isn’t a bye forever ❤️☕️
