To our amazing Londonderry community,
We just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for the incredible support you’ve shown us over the last 3 weeks as we’ve settled in. Since taking over, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people, hearing your stories, and getting to know the locals — and we can honestly say we are incredibly proud to now be part of such a special community ❤️
While we may be new faces, the heart of the business remains the same.
This business has been passed down within the family, and with that comes something we’re very proud to continue — the same traditional, old-school recipes and quality that people have loved over the years. We know how important tradition is, and we’re committed to keeping that alive.
As a family, we bring over 50 years of combined experience in the food industry, with a genuine passion for serving proper, old-school fish & chips the way they should be — made with care, quality ingredients, and no shortcuts.
We proudly use quality ingredients from local suppliers, because we believe great food starts with great ingredients. We also do things the old-school way, including cooking in beef tallow instead of vegetable or seed oils, staying true to the flavours and quality people know and love.
