BBQ Box
this one is always popular for those wanting a bit of everything we do. The BBQ box typically has a sample of our 18hr sticky smoked pork, tender smoked Brisket, smoked cheese Kransky with a side of slaw, cheesy nachos and pickle. During the winter months our sides may also include our signature mac n cheese, smoked corn and our house made smoked beans. Packed full of flavour and showcases what Fuzion Foodz flavours are all about.

Pork Loaded Nachos

Nachos have always been a crowd favourite, Over time we have loaded our nachos with brisket, pork, chicken and a vegetarian option. Although they are all tasty options the pork just works so well. 18hr slow smoked pork in our house made sticky bbq sauce served on a bed of quality corn chips, drizzled in our cheese sauce topped with slaw, sour cream and jalapeños. That fresh crunch, hot smoked meat and cheesy sauce is just the ultimate combo for those wanting to graze or share, but be warned, it leaves you wanting more.

Fuzion Hot Wings

A chilli lovers dream. Firstly our wings are dry rubbed in our house made rub with the addition of a dried chilli blend we’ll simply call “dynamite”. Smoked on the Ugly Dan at a high heat until the skin is crispy. The sizzling wings are then coated in our own hot sauce blend. This one is not your average spicy wing, it’s packed full of heat and flavours aplenty. If you have ever participated in our hot wings challenge, this is the entry level. Hot and tasty, exactly how a wing should be.

The Fuzion Cheesesteak
This one has been on our menu since day one. It’s had some variation over time but the heart of it has remained the same.
A house made special blend dry rub on marble score 3+ brisket. Low and slow smoked for 12 to 18 hours in the Ugly Dan Smoker on Mallee charcoal with stone wood for extra flavour. Let it rest, give it a jelly shake, slice and place on a warm and toasty Turkish style bun. All those meaty, fatty and barky bits add to that overall flavour that you just can’t beat. Add our house made liquid gold cheese sauce and maybe some Jalapeños and red onion and you’re in heaven.
This one isn’t anything fancy just a good flavour packed roll made with love.
