Sorry folks!😪 It had to happen. From tomorrow you'll see a slight increase on prices... This is my first coffee and drink price increase in 2 years, but unfortunately this time I've had to increase a few things across the board, including drinks, food, alternate milks, syrups etc!

Well never a dull moment in Lowood!

A big thank you to everyone who tagged me, called, messaged and popped in to the cafe to let me know I was becoming famous on every Facebook classified group between here and Toowoomba apparently!

I wouldn't want a good 'methed' up story to get in the way of truth, but today I was out cleaning my wheelie bins, which I do weekly after they are emptied. I had put hot water and disinfectant in them, went inside to grab my bin cleaning mop and when I came out 'Methany' and 'Methew' had dumped their rubbish in the bin. They told me it was theirs and that it was a bin and they could put it there. Trying to explain it was my bin, and that I was cleaning it lead to much abuse from them and some not so flattering pics of me all over Facebook.
I stand by calling them f***ed up bogans, because they are (I think that was me swearing like a trooper).
I also want to thank the fella for eventually collecting his bag of rubbish (I think it ended up in another shops bin).

An amazing morning at the cafe for Australia's biggest morning tea 2026! Thanks to Dale and her helpers for organising it. Thanks to everyone who donated prizes and vouchers. Thanks to those that couldn't make the morning tea but dropped money donations of to me. Thanks to my staff who did an amazing job keeping up... and of course thanks to everyone for attending and helping to raise money for a good cause.
Let's do it again next year... bigger and better!!

We would like to extend our gratitude to all individuals who have purchased tickets to Australia's Biggest morning tea at Rudy & Ada Cafe.

We are pleased to announce that the event has reached full capacity.

For our other customers, our regular trading hours remain unchanged from 5am to 2pm, with the exception of a temporary takeaway-only service between 9:30am and 12:15pm.

As usual, seating will be available outside the cafe. Rudy & Ada

Does anyone have amazing local honey for sale? Even better if you're a Rudy & Ada customer! I'm Looking for 500g retail bottles and maybe 1kg buckets to sell at the cafe. We also use it in drinks and cooking..... Hit me up! 😊
