Our 22kg Phantom Roaster was made by CRA (Coffee Roasters Australia) Technology down on the Gold Coast!

Using an Australian roaster was really important to us when we started our coffee roastery in 2023.

The beautiful design and craftsmanship of the Phantom is like no other — it has been incredible to roast with over the last three years.

As it’s almost the 3 year mark since Red Mud first opened its doors in early 2023… we thought it was time for a fresh new look! 😎

We’ve worked hard to come up with something that looks and feels similar to the original style of Red Mud, but is a little more fun, unique and BOLD ☕️🔥🤎🌲 if you’ve bought a bag of beans recently, you would have noticed our bright new labels or our brand sign!

Hundreds of kilos of coffee roasted and thousands of cups of coffee made… but you can’t count the number of smiles, laughs and stories told.
