A little thank you, and a little update from us 🤍
After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause our dinner service at Waterview Eatery for the winter.
This wasn’t an easy decision. We’ve poured a lot of time, effort, energy, and love into our dinners, and we’ve done everything we could to promote them and get the word out. Unfortunately, as a small local business, we can only continue offering services when there is enough support to make them sustainable.
To everyone who came down for dinner, booked a table, ordered through Uber, shared a post, tagged a friend, left a comment, or even simply liked one of our dinner posts — thank you. Every bit of support meant more to us than you probably realise.
Small businesses survive because of their community, and we’re incredibly grateful for ours.
While dinner service is coming to an end for now, this isn’t necessarily goodbye forever. If the demand is there in the future, we’d absolutely love the opportunity to bring Waterview dinners back.
For now, we’ll continue doing what we love most — serving great food, great coffee, and welcoming you all during our daytime trading hours from 7am - 2pm
