Yesterday was a difficult day.
I went to see Tim for one last time .
I was expecting a different person but was surprised to find the man , sharp as and still as funny, as he was as far as I can remember.
I never believed when I heard , As the titanic was sinking and while all normal people were trying to find a way out for survival , a group of musos grouped together and played tunes after tunes . Even until the very end
Now I believe in it , musicians are the most carefree people on earth. Now make them funny, Talented , stubbornly
Intelligent and one with a biggest huge heart, you get Tim . And I will shed a tear and I will miss him dearly.
So will a lot of us from the deck Family
Tim you and your legacy shall continue to live in our hearts forever.
We shall deeply miss you 💔

This man got the best out of the boys
As much as Tim was a show man on stage , he was an absolute gentleman off stage
I have had numerous conversations, drinks and lit my few ci******es with his amazing collections of Zippo lighters .
Always came dressed crisp and sharp .
Drank his beer slow , took time with his single malt.
And took ownership of the complete gig on stage .
He wanted absolute attention and he got that with the way he presented himself.

This was recorded in 2017 , almost 10 years ago.
Tim playing his favourite song which then became my favourite song. Purple Rain .
There are lots of people who have played at the deck .
Not everyone leaves an impression of magnitude that Tim has on me and everyone else that came to support the Craw . I have lots of such memories created .
This is one of the very first videos I recorded using a phone . Still gives me goosebumps and I can’t explain the respect , love and gratitude I have for this great hero .
Your contribution to live music in this part of Brisbane is beyond words.
