After 12 years of cooking up a storm, I am finally hanging up my apron. I would like to thank everyone for their support of my business and hope you enjoyed my food as much as I loved preparing it for you. We are relocating to Brisbane to be near our daughters and our soon-to-arrive little Granddaughter and look forward to the next chapter of our lives. I have gotten to know so many of you through this business and hope that our paths cross on our visits back to Mareeba. A big thank you to the Mareeba Bowls Club for allowing me to use their kitchen, I really appreciate your support. To Janet Zappulla and Angela Musumeci, thank you for being part of the business at various times and to the girls who helped in the kitchen, Mitzi, Abbey, Frances, Melanie, Natalie, Karen, Zoe, Deanna, Flavia, Connie, Angie and anyone else who I am sorry if I forgot you. Last but not least, to my darling daughter Jacinta who set up and continued to update our page and Website and everything technical - thank you so much. Wishing you all well. Au Revoir

Unfortunately due to storm damage to the proposed venue - Mareeba International Club, the New Years Eve Celebration has had to be cancelled. Apologies to all who planned to be there. We look forward to hosting a similar event during 2024.

This Saturday, 24th September 2022 marks the end of our current trading as “Catering With Class.” We have been honored to have catered for so many events and thank you for your wonderful patronage.
For Angela, it has been a challenging time fighting health battles and family tragedy and the time has come for her to retire (again) and enjoy such retirement.
For myself, Rena, I have loved the challenge of catering so much that I cannot simply retire so I have decided that I will take the rest of the year off and starting in February, I will continue to trade as “Catering With Class” with a few changes to my services. Please keep a lookout for such changes on my page and website.
Once again, thank you all for your support and we wish all our customers a wonderful Christmas.

Thank you so much for coming to our Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, and helping to make it the special time that it was.

Together, we contributed to the $11,244,852 raised across the country… incredible!

The team at Cancer Council have gotten in touch and asked me to pass on their thanks too.

Your donations will go a long way in helping them provide vital support services to ensure no patient or family faces cancer alone, as well as fund ground-breaking research into gentler and more effective treatment methods to help create a cancer free future.

We would like to thank all the beautiful people who came along and supported our Biggest Morning Tea yesterday. From the feedback received, everyone had a great time and interacted in the games, auctions and raffles - there was lots of laughter which was lovely to hear. I can't thank Annalisa Savaglio enough for her comparing, she was brilliant and thank you also to the ladies who got up and helped her with auctions etc.
I must send our a big thank you to our Sponsors who gave generously to our prize pool: Howe Farming Enterprises; Del Howe; Caffe Crema: Russo's Quality Meats; Curcio's Bakery; Mareeba News; Cleall's Butchery; Daniel and Sheree Chester and Frances Cristaldi and the Mareeba Bowls Club for allowing us to use their Club free of charge.
