Tomorrow, we rise early in remembrance of the brave men and women who served and sacrificed for this great country. From the shores of Gallipoli in 1915 to the many conflicts that followed, ANZAC Day marks a moment in history where courage, mateship, and resilience defined a nation.

As the sun rises, we pause to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy today — made possible by those who stood together in the face of adversity. Their legacy lives on in our communities, in our values, and in the way we support one another every day.

School holidays sorted. 🎣🐟
Running out of ideas to keep the kids busy? Pack the car and head to Redcliffe for a fishing outing — trust me, you don’t need to be an expert. I haven’t fished in over 20 years and today was absolutely perfect. 😄
5AM: We grabbed a fishing rod, a tackle box, and some squid for bait and honestly the rest took care of itself. Beautiful weather, calm sea, happy kids, and quality family time right here on the bay.
Now I’ll be honest — it wasn’t all smooth sailing. We had broken lines, sinkers getting stuck, lines tangled on light poles, and let’s just say the squid bait ended up on more clothing than in the water. 😂 But you know what? Those were the moments we’ll laugh about for years.
The locals were absolutely awesome — friendly, helpful, and full of good advice. That’s Redcliffe for you. Beautiful community.
We didn’t catch a single fish. Not one. But we caught something better — a genuinely memorable day together. And that’s what school holidays are really about.

To our incredible team, thank you. You gave up your Easter holiday to serve our community and you did it with a smile. We are so proud of every single one of you.

To our amazing customers, thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your support. Seeing you enjoy your fish and chips by the bay made every moment worth it.
We also want to sincerely apologise to anyone who was caught off guard by the public holiday surcharge on Easter Saturday and Sunday. We understand it can be unexpected and we appreciate your understanding and grace.

This Easter was a milestone for Red Dolphin Seafoods, great food, minimal wait times, and a community that showed up for us just as we showed up for them.

What an incredible Good Friday. Thank you to every single person who came down to Red Dolphin Seafoods today — you made it truly special. The support from our local community means everything to us.
This is Tim Toastbourne — our lead chef by day, talented guitarist by night. Tim played live in front of the shop today and honestly, he absolutely smashed it. The vibes were incredible and we couldn’t be prouder to have him as part of the Red Dolphin family.

Yachts, sunshine, and fresh fish and chips. What a way to spend Good Friday. 🌊⛵
The Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race fleet sails right past our front door today — watch the yachts from Redcliffe foreshore then come grab the freshest fish and chips on the peninsula.
Markets are on from 8am at Suttons Beach. Easter Bunny arriving by boat. Yachts passing from 11am.
