At Pum’s Kitchen you will often hear us say that we don’t do anything special, we just cook for our family. When you purchase a meal from our restaurant, you become part of our family. What this means is that every one of our meals is prepared fresh everyday using fresh produce which is mostly bought on the day it is sold. Fresh herbs from our garden, or fresh from the markets adds that special to

uch to every meal. Every vegetable served to you is chosen by Pum or me to ensure freshness. We choose to make our own spring rolls and fish cakes and do not use any commercially prepared frozen products. One of our products is prepared off site, we don’t have enough space to make the pastry, but even our curry puffs are custom made to Pum’s taste. This is the way we like to do things for our family, so it is the way we do things at our restaurant. Ah, this is an old one. While at White's IGA Bli Bli today, I couldn't help but notice the beautiful crispy pork they had in their fast food section. This is what you could do with it.

Note, this packaging was from our first test run of Pum's Kitchen cooking sauces way back in 2018.

Yes, that's right, it's QLD Day.

Come down to White's IGA Bli Bli and meet some local suppliers, especially Pum from Pum's Kitchen.

We will be using some QLD produce and Pum's Kitchen cooking sauces to demonstrate how easy it is to prepare and cook restaurant quality dishes at home using Pum's Kitchen cooking sauces.

At Pum's Kitchen, we have not raised our prices since 2022. We have not imposed any fuel levy on our deliveries either. We have just grown our business, lovely people like you have bought more of our meals.

Do your Thai cooking sauces come with six TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence?

Chris here, and this was my dinner tonight. I've just finished it off and I'm savouring the flavours, just amazing.

Saute some garlic in oil, add in your protein of choice, stir fry till just about cooked and add some vegetables. We used beans, carrots, yellow capsicum and onion. Stir fry till just cooked and add noodles of your choice, we used egg noodles and flat rice noodles that you get off the shelf ready cooked. Add as much or as little of the new Pum's Kitchen Chilli Jam stir fry sauce, warm through till everything looks great.

Dinner done.
