I’m now realising as I post this that it’s a little confusing because I’m posting in the afternoon (sorry got busy this morning) but tomorrow is our final day! Apologies if this is confusing - please don’t show up on Saturday lol you will be faced with a shop stripped bare!

Can’t believe today was our last market day & it was a cracker! You guys showed up so good & I love you forever!

5 days left has me reflecting on this journey like crazy. To have sustained the 5⭐️ rating over these past 4.5 years (there are three 4⭐️ ones in there) has consistently blessed and amazed me. I started out the shop just giving it a go with almost not specialty coffee experience under my belt & worked my butt off to make Concord Street the ‘best coffee in Maryborough’

We most definitely couldn’t have achieved this without Slide Coffee Roasters - they have provided incredible coffee training for all of my staff members over the years, both at their facilities in the sunny coast and sending team here to Maryborough for training afternoons. Their coffee is delicious, their vibe immaculate and they are just an incredible group of people

Welcome Concord’s newest team member! Baby boy was born on Mother’s Day - the family is doing well & stoked for this new phase of life! Little Jonathan is showing more potential for the milk side of the machine at the moment but we’ll transition him over to espresso eventually 😉
