I hope a good recipe can justify it.

Found the mold at an opportunity shop, picked it up and noticed the mold actually feels heavy and dense unlike the cheap light molds.

Didn't have rum, so I added Bailey's instead

This cake is a last-minute cake and I didn't have enough chance to think the flavour through. I wanted to put yuzu & pear in it to cut through the heaviness of the cream and provide this cake a fresh perspective.
