MG Souvlaki Bar are a small family run business in Capel Sound, serving traditional Greek souvlaki’s and other delicious food. We are looking for casual summer staff for an all round position which includes but is not limited to the following day to day tasks:

•serving customers
•using the point of sale system
•understanding and using the menu log system
•cleaning (during and at the end of the night)
•prepping for the salad bar
•prepping/cooking orders
•use of fryer, coffee machine

MG Souvlaki Bar are currently looking for reliable, keen, hardworking staff to join our friendly team for an immediate start.

It is an all round position in a fast paced hospitality environment, especially during peak season/summer holiday period.

The all round position includes but is not limited to the following tasks:

-cleaning throughout and at end of night
-serving/greeting customers
-use of the point of sale system
-use of the menulog system
-preparing and wrapping souvlakis
-prepping salads
-preparing meal packs
-restocking food and packaging
-use of the fryer and grill
-basic coffee skills/coffee machine knowledge
-taking phone orders and entering into point of sale system
