Sundays Southern Grace Diner (meat & 3) menu is now live. I’ve done a big change up this week. Hope I don’t hurt myself with the massive prep 🤣

Some highlights on this menu… pork vindaloo, the beef hammer, biscuits, pimento cheese, mac balls puttanesca & the pumpkin pie. Plus the old fashioned lemonade is back

I have added a second page for everyone who has asked for cold takeout options for during the week. I trialed this for the Super Bowl & had a great response. If you don’t want to preorder these, they are available for pick up in store on Friday & Sunday until sold out

Preorder only by Wednesday night as I will be smoking these items on Thursday & Friday to seal them by Sunday for pick up. I might have some extra items in the fridge for walk in customers. Happy 2024

Thank you to everyone who has supported me since I started Southern Grace Diner (Meat & 3) in 2019

Fast forward a few months after opening SGD & the world changed! Covid came with all the challenges we have all unfortunately become familiar with

My focus has always been a quality, freshly prepared product which is why I am only open 2 days per week, Fridays (brisket showcase) & Sundays (SGD meat &3)

Believe it or not, a full week of work goes into opening those days which is mainly due to the fact that everything is prepared by me from scratch, with the assistance of Morgan, of course

The new year brings a change to my social combining all the accounts under the Big Boy BBQ banner

Big Boy BBQ, the OG BBQ joint in Melbourne (which opened in 2011) is still going strong & continues to raise the bar & innovate BBQ & Southern food in Australia

I feel really proud & grateful to be able to share my love of the South with everyone who comes through the doors

I couldn’t have done it without the loyal following of a handful of amazing people who have supported me through some really tough times when I was ready to pull the pin. Your support means the world to me & motivates me to keep on going. Thank you all ❤️

2023 finished strong with this fried chicken burger

The KFC - Korean fried chicken with our own coating, gochujang glaze, house made kimchi & burnt spring onion & sesame mayo, Martin’s bun

Back again on Friday with the brisket showcase & Sunday with our own style of meat (BBQ) & 3
