Since 1909, Chloe has watched over generations from the walls of the Young and Jackson Hotel. A muse, a masterpiece, and an icon. Born in Paris, shaped by a master, and embraced by this city, she’s shared her story with artists, poets, workers, leaders, dreamers and drifters alike.

From magazine covers to poems and even her own wine, Chloe has lived many lives. Today, she calls Chloe’s Bar home, where you can sip, dine, and sit with history.
