Our Tour de France Wine Dinner brings the race to the table.
Course by course, region by region. From Alsace: Choucroute Garnie à l’Alsacienne. Sauerkraut, pork belly, sausage, carrots, onions, parsley. Slow, hearty. The kind of dish built to carry you through a climb, or a long dinner with good wine.
Paired, of course, with wines from the region it honours.
One night. One route. A menu that moves the way the Tour does. Mitch Docker, a long time Australian cycling legend will be in house dishing stories of life in the peloton.
