Who needs a red when you have Chardonnay this good? 🍷

Tonight’s Butcher & Bottle showcases the 2023 Soumah Hexham Vineyard Chardonnay from the Yarra Valley. Sourced from a single vineyard in Gruyere and matured in French oak (25% new), it balances bright citrus and white peach with subtle cashew, fine acidity and a long mineral finish.

Paired with our roast chicken leg, it’s a reminder that great Chardonnay can be every bit as satisfying as a red on a winter’s evening.
