Due to curing of the new pizza oven.
We Just run out of time yesterday.

And will be open Thursday the 18th.

Hi there,

Just to let you know that Merimbula pizza will be closed tonight Tuesday the 16th.
Due to Renovations and the installation of the brand new big big pizza oven 😋 no more long wait times with this big pizza oven.

Merimbula pizza does apologise for the long long wait time over summer.

Now With this new big pizza oven there will be no 2 hour wait times. Ever again.

Merimbula pizza be back open on the 17th January

Just to let you know, we have had a few more setbacks with electrical problems, also we are waiting on our new equipment to arrive.

Just to let you know, We have just taken over Merimbula Pizza from Adam.
Who has worked tirelessly over the past 4 years.

Andrew, who is a chef
and has prior Pizza making experience at Eden Pizza. He also was the owner.
He operated Eden Pizza for over 4 years.

He is meticulous in his preparation in pizza making and is eager to show his wares at Merimbula Pizza.

Hope to see you support Andrew on his new venture.

With a new style added to the classic menu.

Also, the classic slab pizza deal 2 foot by 1 foot (24 slices) to kick start your taste buds.

Reopening Friday 17th Nov.

Just a quick message for all our loyal customers that have supported us over the last 36 years. Merimbula pizza is likely changing hands next week. This shop has now been in our hands for close to 25 years since my late mother purchased the shop from les and Faye nearly 25 years ago. We are incredibly thankful for all our customers, most of whom we have come to know very well and can tell who you are and what you want simply by the sound of your voice over the phone or greeting you in person. Tonight is our last night trading before the shop is cleaned up and delivered to the new owners on Monday. We have sold to a local family who have owned and run businesses in the area for many years and I hope that everyone will be as welcoming and supportive as we know you all to be. Leigh and Helen Aloizos and Andrew Anastasi have been serving the Bega valley for many years with Merimbula Ice Creamery and Eden pizza for many years and I know they’ll do very well in taking over the legacy at Merimbula pizza. Please show the support to them that you have shown us over many great years. Will miss you all very much when we begin our next adventure.
